How do I track my order?
You may track your orders by using the tracking number sent via email.
How are my products shipped?
All products are shipped through USPS, Fedx, or UPS.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to process and ship, depending on the product and the demand.
What is your returns policy?
All orders can be returned within 7 business days. It is required that the product is not damaged in anyway. Everything must be intact and in excellent condition. Any returned items will be inspected. A refund will be issued upon the condition of the product. Thank you.
What about custom orders?
Custom orders will be provided upon request currently via email (info@johnicea.com). This is limited and all requests will be notified on the available of the request.

What about plus size options?
If you need a larger size then what I already provide, send a request by email and I will increase sizes based on the demand. I can possibly take individual request if needed.
